Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum-inspired algorithms for next-gen neural architectures

- Translate theoretical models into production-ready frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in federal research grants annually
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics (exceptional MS with 5+ years)
- 3+ years publishing in top-tier AI/quantum conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of open-source contributions (10k+ GitHub stars)
- Experience with distributed computing on AWS/GCP quantum simulators
- Strong background in complexity theory and quantum information
