Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI/quantum algorithms for computational optimization
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in machine learning and quantum entanglement
- Publish peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Develop scalable prototypes for real-world problem-solving applications
- Secure federal grants and private funding for experimental research
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, machine learning frameworks, and high-performance computing
- Published record in top-tier AI/quantum research publications
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, Qiskit, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Demonstrated ability to secure research grants exceeding $1M
- Experience with large-scale dataset analysis and distributed systems
