Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms and AI neural networks
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026-era computational challenges

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics
- 5+ years leading research teams in quantum or AI domains
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in research grants
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow/Keras
- Experience with supercomputing environments (HPC, AWS Braket)
