Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of novel AI/ML architectures for next-gen autonomous systems

- Mentor cross-functional teams in ethical AI deployment strategies
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants
- Develop patent-pending neural interface technologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers on deep learning or quantum computing
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming frameworks
