Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years in product innovation
- Proven track record shipping AI products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, or neuromorphic systems
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with venture capital partnerships and tech incubation
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent technical expertise
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
