- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployments
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present innovation roadmaps to the Board of Directors and international tech forums
- Mentor AI ethics task force and publish thought leadership in Nature AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic technology roles
- Proven track record leading AI initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and explainable AI
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes for AI deployment (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Strong network within IEEE Global AI Initiative and Partnership on AI
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or equivalent) and project management (PMP)
