Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI-powered autonomous systems
- Lead research on quantum-AI convergence and ethical governance frameworks
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready AI capabilities
- Present future-tech scenarios to C-suite executives and investors
- Author white papers on emerging AI paradigms and their societal impacts
- Mentor researchers in advanced machine learning and cognitive architectures
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies for acquisition partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI research with publications at NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural-symbolic AI, or AGI architectures
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech strategy roadmaps
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory landscapes
