Responsibilities
- Develop predictive AI models forecasting societal and technological trends for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional teams in creating quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Architect neuro-ethical AI systems aligned with emerging regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Author thought leadership pieces for Nature AI and MIT Technology Review
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or journals
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and explainable AI
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Deep understanding of neuro-symbolic integration and human-AI collaboration
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
