Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI evolution and societal impact
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-ML convergence and neural-symbolic AI
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech into enterprise DNA
- Present findings at global forums (Davos, AI Safety Summits)
- Mentor next-gen AI ethics researchers and futurists
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven track record of leading $50M+ tech innovation initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of AGI safety and alignment challenges
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
