- Lead development of ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to pioneer hybrid AI-algorithm solutions
- Translate emerging tech trends into actionable business opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions for next-gen talent cultivation
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof technology adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years AI research
- Proven track record in deploying large-scale ML systems at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML journals or conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience with quantum computing architectures (Qiskit, Cirq) preferred
