Qualifications

- Deep expertise in transformers, reinforcement learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of predicting tech trends (2018-2025 validated)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
