Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026-focused AI roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and generative AI
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration tools and autonomous systems
- Develop strategic partnerships with academia (MIT, Stanford) and industry leaders (OpenAI, Tesla)
- Author 'State of AI 2026' reports and present at Davos/World Economic Forum
- Build and lead a global team of futurists, AI ethicists, and innovation architects
- Establish ethical frameworks for sentient AI and neuro-ethical compliance
- Drive commercialization of 2026-ready AI patents and intellectual property
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or Futurism with 8+ years in strategic innovation
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, AI Journal) on 2026+ AI trends
- Proven track record in launching AI products with $10M+ ARR (e.g., GPT-4, autonomous systems)
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning, neuro-interfaces, and generative AI
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on digital transformation and AI strategy
