Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI roadmaps for 2026+ product development cycles
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI and quantum computing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI technologies (AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Collaborate with venture partners on AI startup incubation programs
- Author thought leadership papers on AI societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Computer Science or equivalent experience with 8+ years in AI strategy
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale ML pipelines
- Expertise in AI ethics governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in scenario planning for technological disruption
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
