Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning protocols for ethical AI deployment in critical sectors
- Lead cross-functional task forces including engineers, policymakers, and social scientists
- Conduct risk assessments for emerging AI technologies including generative systems
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Mentor junior ethicists and build organizational AI literacy programs
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in AI ethics, policy development, or tech governance
- Proven track record of implementing ethical frameworks in production AI systems
- Deep expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Strong understanding of both technical AI capabilities and societal implications
