- Author regulatory compliance documentation for emerging AI legislation
- Monitor and report on societal impact of deployed AI systems
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations in design sprints
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with interdisciplinary stakeholder management
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics journals preferred
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI) a plus
