Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, policy development, or governance

- Proven track record in developing ethical frameworks for technology
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical and ethical concepts
