Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with global regulatory standards (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for generative AI systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define ethical use cases for autonomous technologies
- Author transparency reports and explainability documentation for high-stakes AI
- Partner with product teams to implement ethical-by-design principles
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and advise compliance strategies
- Build internal ethics training programs for technical teams
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act)
- Strong technical literacy to collaborate with ML engineers
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible AI practices
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IEEE Cert, Google Responsible AI)
