Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with global standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI systems before deployment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design privacy-preserving ML architectures
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Author transparent AI documentation and compliance reports for regulatory bodies
- Drive company-wide ethics training programs for technical and non-technical staff
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible tech, or compliance roles
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies across ML models
- Strong knowledge of GDPR, AI Act, and emerging US AI regulations
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across diverse organizational levels
- Publications or speaking engagements on AI ethics preferred
