Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging industry standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits across machine learning pipelines and production models
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish ethical guidelines for AI product development
- Create transparency documentation for high-stakes AI decision systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into development lifecycles
- Monitor regulatory landscape and advise on compliance with evolving AI governance requirements
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and conduct regular impact assessments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Deep understanding of ML fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical specifications
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for complex ethical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI implementation projects or research
