- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Design bias mitigation protocols for generative AI and predictive analytics
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in regulatory and policy discussions
- Monitor global AI ethics trends and update compliance frameworks quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven expertise in developing AI governance frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI transparency methodologies
- Experience leading ethics audits for large-scale ML deployments
- Strong background in data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
