Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models using advanced toolsets
- Develop corporate policies for transparent AI decision-making and accountability mechanisms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development pipelines
- Lead stakeholder engagements with regulators, academia, and industry bodies on AI standards
- Monitor global regulatory evolution (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and adapt compliance strategies
- Create training programs for cross-functional teams on responsible AI deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001, NIST RMF, and emerging regulatory frameworks
- Strong background in policy development for autonomous systems or high-stakes AI applications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Experience with AI impact assessments and risk quantification methodologies
- Published work or recognized contributions to AI ethics discourse preferred
