- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI systems using ML fairness metrics
- Advocate for ethical AI design principles across 15+ cross-functional development teams
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols with regulators, NGOs, and user communities
- Create transparent AI explainability protocols for high-stakes decision systems
- Lead incident response protocols for AI-related ethical breaches
- Author white papers on emerging AI governance paradigms for industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven expertise in implementing AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Deep knowledge of ML fairness metrics (bias, explainability, robustness)
- Experience influencing technical teams through ethical persuasion strategies
- Published research in AI ethics or demonstrated policy impact
- Expertise in global regulatory landscapes (US, EU, APAC)
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
