Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with global standards
- Conduct risk assessments for AI systems, identifying bias, privacy, and security vulnerabilities
- Lead cross-functional committees to establish ethical guidelines for AI product development
- Monitor regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks) and adapt policies accordingly
- Design audit protocols for AI model fairness, transparency, and accountability
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI principles and responsible deployment practices
- Represent the organization at industry forums on AI ethics and policy development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in AI governance frameworks (NIST, EU AI Act, OECD principles)
- Experience leading cross-functional ethics initiatives in tech or regulated industries
- Deep understanding of algorithmic bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong background in regulatory compliance and risk management
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or governance preferred
- Experience with MLOps and AI lifecycle management tools
