What You'll Achieve:

Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide AI ethics frameworks and compliance protocols
- Conduct risk assessments for AI systems using NIST and EU AI Act standards
- Lead stakeholder engagements with regulators, NGOs, and industry bodies
- Design and implement bias mitigation algorithms for ML pipelines
- Establish transparent AI explainability protocols for customer-facing products
- Train 500+ employees on ethical AI practices through certification programs
- Monitor emerging regulations and adapt governance strategies proactively
- Report on AI ethics metrics to executive leadership and board committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in AI/ML governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Proven experience building ethics frameworks at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of algorithmic bias and fairness metrics
- Strong background in risk management frameworks (ISO 31000, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible AI
