- Advise on policy development and contribute to the creation of industry standards for AI ethics.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or a similar role within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, data privacy, and algorithmic bias.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex ethical dilemmas.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of current AI regulations and standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF).
