Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for advanced AI systems deployed in 2026
- Anticipate societal impacts of emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, AGI precursors)
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineers, product managers, and external experts
- Design responsible innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and evolving regulatory landscapes
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies requiring ethical preemptive action
- Represent company at global forums on AI ethics and future governance (WTO, IEEE, OECD)
- Mentor ethics fellows in our Future Leadership Academy
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Technology, or related field with 5+ years applied ethics experience
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks (Asilomar Principles, EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record influencing tech policy or corporate governance at scale
- Strong background in predictive analysis of technological disruption scenarios
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ethical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or futurism
- Experience with quantum computing, biometric tech, or neuromorphic systems
- Certification in Responsible AI or equivalent governance credential
