Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of core AI models for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate research into deployable products.
- Optimize model inference pipelines and reduce latency in real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model security.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging AI technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
