Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor involved in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect crops for quality and remove any debris or pests.
- Load and unload trucks with harvested produce.
- Maintain farm facilities and grounds in a clean and orderly condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or willing to apply for an H2A Visa.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or labor-intensive work is preferred.
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
