Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (lettuce, citrus, etc.)
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment sanitation
- Monitor crop health and report issues to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance
- Participate in team harvesting operations
Qualifications
