Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced neural networks for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Integrate AI models into complex robotic hardware, ensuring seamless performance and reliability.
- Optimize algorithms for real-time processing in edge computing environments to minimize latency.
- Conduct research and development to stay ahead of emerging trends in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI model deployment and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Robotics.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and at least one major deep learning framework (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Extensive experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) and sensor fusion technologies.
- Proven track record of shipping scalable, production-ready AI products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
