Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, business reports, and presentations for executive review.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management, supply ordering, and facility maintenance.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain organized and secure physical and digital filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Assist in planning and executing company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
