Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule executive meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with exceptional attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
- Assist in the coordination of office events, vendor management, and general office operations.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and accounts payable with accuracy.
- Screen and direct phone calls, while managing a high volume of incoming emails.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
