Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring both digital and physical records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries professionally.
- Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and general office administration duties.
- Coordinate team events and manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
