Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars for senior executives, scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and preparing itineraries.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, memos, and other business documents to ensure high-quality standards.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conference calls, including venue booking and catering logistics.
- Data Management: Maintain and update accurate records, filing systems, and databases; assist with data entry and reporting as needed.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supplies inventory, manage vendor relationships, and assist in facility maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
- Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the New Orleans area and traffic patterns is a plus.
