Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Greet visitors and clients, answering phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure accurate records management.
- Organize and coordinate office events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Act as the liaison between departments to ensure clear communication and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
