Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule executive meetings, including domestic and international travel.
- Process incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate office logistics, including vendor management, supply ordering, and facility maintenance.
- Organize and attend company events, team-building activities, and client meetings.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
