We are looking for someone who can manage complex calendars, coordinate executive travel, and act as the gatekeeper for our leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Screen and direct phone calls; route inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Plan and coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Process incoming mail, packages, and faxes; maintain office supplies inventory.
- Assist in the organization of company events and team building activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a related role (1-3 years minimum).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software or Google Workspace is a plus.
