Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email and phone inquiries, with a high level of professionalism.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and refreshments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
