- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone and email, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Document Control: Draft, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events, conferences, and team meetings.
- Data Entry: Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of professional administrative support experience.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
