Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications with precision.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events, client meetings, and internal workshops, ensuring all logistics are executed flawlessly.
- Data Entry & Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems, ensuring confidential information is secured.
- Reception Duties: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive administrative or executive support experience in a professional setting.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior executives and clients.
- Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
