Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Communication: Handle incoming correspondence, draft emails, and screen phone calls with professionalism.
- Document Management: Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and internal documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage filing systems, and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, team building activities, and client meetings.
- Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate records in various database systems and spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of professional administrative experience in a corporate setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
