Key Responsibilities:

- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars for senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and booking conference rooms.
- Communication: Screen and redirect incoming calls, handle email inquiries professionally, and draft correspondence on behalf of management.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and internal memos with a high degree of accuracy.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare agendas for board meetings and client presentations, including taking minutes and distributing action items.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply inventory, manage incoming mail, and assist with vendor relationships as needed.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate or professional setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
