Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members promptly.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal memos with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Administration: Maintain office inventory, order supplies, and manage reception duties to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Event Coordination: Organize company events, conferences, and team-building activities from concept to execution.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant in a corporate setting.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
