Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence for senior leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate office operations, including managing office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
- Assist in project coordination, data entry, and report generation using Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
