Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives with precision and efficiency.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, ensuring that all communications are handled professionally and routed to the appropriate parties promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including expense reports, invoices, and client databases, ensuring all data is up-to-date and confidential.
- Organize and coordinate company events, team meetings, and off-site activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and preparing candidate materials.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all matters.
- Experience with CRM software or project management tools is highly desirable.
