Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and quantum computing.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and researchers to innovate and prototype future technologies.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to align technology initiatives with company goals and market opportunities.
- Stay abreast of the latest technological trends and advancements, and provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.
- Manage the research and development of new technologies, including feasibility studies and pilot programs.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and secure buy-in for new initiatives.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams in developing and deploying innovative solutions.
- Deep expertise in at least two of the following areas: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Quantum Computing, or Future Tech Strategy.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
