- Lead cross-functional task forces of futurists, engineers, and policy specialists
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Oversee ethics and governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Drive global thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Strong network with futurist communities and academic research institutions
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
