Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ initiatives across AI, IoT, and quantum ecosystems
- Architect scalable solutions addressing future societal challenges (e.g., climate resilience, human augmentation)
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed futuristic tech into corporate DNA
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and engineering teams
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging tech paradigms
- Mentor next-gen talent in emerging technologies and speculative design
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in future-tech strategy roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ ARR impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech innovation journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
