- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap in strict alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Edge Computing) for potential integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of complex, multi-year strategic initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to anticipate future trends and competitor movements.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact, long-term projects.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for long-term innovation success and deliverability.
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and the board of directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year strategic projects with measurable impact.
- Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
