- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into actionable projects
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor innovations to maintain competitive edge
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications and conference speaking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience leading complex projects with $1M+ budgets
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CPSM) preferred
